For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, all references to Angeles Crest Partners, Inc. include ClipIt | Video Annotation Software and ClipIt.
The ClipIt website is a Web-Based Software as a Service (SaaS) online collaboration and media asset delivery tool. By using the ClipIt website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, ClipIt may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you purchase ClipIt's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction via our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

- Amazon Web Services (AWS): To securely host our platform, database, and infrastructure.

ClipIt collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested. ClipIt may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from ClipIt and its affiliates.

ClipIt shares data with trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payments and AWS for hosting) strictly to help perform operationally necessary tasks, provide customer support, or perform statistical analysis. ClipIt secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure using industry-standard protocols, including SSL encryption during transit.
While we strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
9. Children Under Thirteen
ClipIt is intended for adult collaboration and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we discover that a child under thirteen has created an account, we will delete their information immediately.
10. E-mail Communications
From time to time, ClipIt may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from ClipIt or click on a link therein.
If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from ClipIt, you may opt out by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button found at the bottom of our emails.
